Commercial Carving Enterprises...

Since leaving Moore as a student, I've had a couple of carving jobs for a woodworker who is based in the 'burbs. He was trusting enough to hire a recent grad with not much in her portfolio like what he needed, but saw the potential and the work ethic. The first job was for eight small flowers carved for a door restoration project in Fairmount.

Now, He's hired me for a second job. Here, in progress, I'm starting to carve inset lettering for this donor plaque, and will later carve some book spines too.
